Brad Dowell
Data and People Specialist
Brad has always been grounded in land stewardship and value adding practices. Growing up on a family farm in Alberta and later becoming a third-generation Olds College graduate, he’s carried forward a deep respect for both people and the places they call home. With a background in agronomy and formal training in agricultural economics, Brad has spent over 30 years teaching, mentoring, and helping others see the value in measuring outcomes and the merit in building successful business plans.
He brings a wealth of experience in mentoring employers, managers, and employees. Brad describes himself as a transformational leader that is responsive, compassionate, and enthusiastic and he enjoys inspiring others to become high achievers as well.
